stuffed french toast


Ingredients:
1 loaf of bread
2 cups of cream cheese
1/2 cup blueberry or strawberry jam
5 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
pancake syrup
1/4 cup chopped walnuts for toppings
some butter

Mix cream cheese with blueberry or strawberry jam, set aside. Beat eggs until combine. add vanilla , cinnamon and milk, set aside for later use. Stuff bread with cream and jam mixtures. (like you are making sandwich. Dredge to your egg mixture and pan fry with little butter until brown both side. Transfer to a baking tray and bake for 15 min. drizzle with syrup and top with chopped walnuts.

  2. you can use very ripe banana, cook in a pan with brown sugar with butter or margarine add 3tbsp. brandy. stuff in bread. this is alternative if you dont have cream cheese in your fridge!
