Pizza

Ingredients: 4 tsp.dry yeast 1/2 cup warm water 1 tsp. white sugar In a large mixing bowl combine yeast, warm water, and sugar. Set aside for 10 minutes. 4 cups bread flour 1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 cup warm water In another large bowl combine flour, olive oil, salt, yeast mixture and mix by hand to blend, add your water use 1 cup (add more water if necessary) Knead until smooth and elastic. Transfer the dough to a bowl lightly coated with oil. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place until double in volume. 1 to 2 hours at least. Preheat your oven 400F and dust your baking sheets with cornmeal. Punch the dough down and divide it in half. Roll and prepare your toppings. Flatten each ball into circle. To prevent the filling from making the crust soggy, brush the top of the dough with oil.The pizza is now ready to be topped. Tomato sauce mozzarella cheese ham pineapple etc. Spread your tomato sauce ( I preffered home made tomato sauce) spread your mozza. then ham and pineapple for hawaian pizza.
